HONEY NUT BREAD 
1 cup honey
2 tablespoons crisco
1 whole egg
1-1/2 tablespoons orange peel
2-1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup orange juice
3/4 cup walnuts, chopped

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Cream together honey and crisco. Add egg and peel. Add dry ingredients alternately with orange juice. Stir in nuts. Pour into PAM sprayed 9x5 loaf pan.

Bake 1 hour 10 minutes.

Bread tastes better after a few days to 'age'.
