SPANISH STYLE ROUND STEAK 
2 lb. round steak, cut at least 1/2" thick
1 lg. onions, sliced in rings
1 lg. green pepper, sliced in rings
1 lemon, sliced in rings
1/3 c. stuffed olives, sliced
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. water (omit if using electric skillet)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Place meat in large 3 inch deep glass casserole. Arrange onion and green pepper rings on top of steak. Add lemon and olive slices to steak. Mix catsup, water, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce and pour over steak. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for one hour; uncover and bake an additional hour.

Note: If using electric skillet, cook at simmering heat for 1 hour or until tender.
