POTATO CRABMEAT 
6-8 lg. potatoes, peeled and boiled
1 c. canned white crabmeat
1 c. sharp cheese, shredded
1 tbsp. onion, grated
Salt to taste
1/4 c. butter
1/2 to 3/4 c. sour cream
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Mash potatoes and mix with all other ingredients. Put in casserole dish, 9x13-inch, and bake until hot and slightly brown on top, approximately 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
