QUICK PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/3 c. instant non-fat dry milk
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. peanut butter

Sift powdered sugar and dry milk together, set aside. Melt butter and peanut butter in top of 2 quart double boiler over boiling water. Stir corn syrup, water and vanilla into butter-peanut butter mixture. Blend in sifted sugar and dry milk. Stir in if desired: 1/2 c. chopped nuts or 1 cup miniature marshmallows. Pour fudge into greased 8-inch square pan. Cool. Cut into squares.
