NEVER FAIL LASAGNE CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 lb. hamburger, crumbled
8 oz. tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
8 oz. lasagna noodles
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
3/4 lb. Ricotta (or cottage cheese)
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Sauté hamburger and garlic in oil. Add next 5 items; simmer 20 minutes. Cook noodles in boiling salt water for 15 minutes. Drain. Fill 2-1/2 quart casserole dish with layers of sauce and noodles and cheese and Parmesan; end with sauce and Parmesan. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
