PERFECT PEACH COBBLER 
3 c. sliced fresh or canned peaches
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
6 tbsp. butter, melted

Arrange peaches on bottom of 10 x 6 x 1/2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Sift together flour, sugar and salt. Add egg to dry ingredients, tossing with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle over peaches. Drizzle with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
