FROZEN DELIGHT 
1 (3 oz.) lime Jello
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 can mandarin oranges, drained and chopped
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
1 lg. tub whipped topping
1 angel food cake

Mix lime Jello with undrained pineapple. Mix orange Jello with chopped oranges. Mix strawberry Jello with undrained strawberries. Tear cake into small pieces. Put a layer of cake into the bottom of a tube cake pan. Top with a layer of softened ice cream and 1 of the Jello mixes. Repeat all ingredients (cake, ice cream and Jello) in layers. Cover with foil and freeze overnight. Remove from pan. Place on plate and frost with whipped topping. Slice while frozen. Thaw approximately 20 minutes or eat while frozen.

Note: For lower calories, use ice milk and sugar free Jello.
