CORNBREAD DRESSING 
2 qts. cornbread crumbs
2 c. biscuit or loaf bread crumbs
2 qts. chicken broth
2 1/2 c. diced onions
1 1/4 c. diced celery
4 tbsp. sage
4 lg. eggs
1/2 lb. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. baking powder

Use butter to cook onions and celery in saucepan over low heat until tender. Use the other 1/4 of butter to grease pan and spread over top of dressing for a golden brown. Bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes. You can half this amount or double or triple for a crowd.
