CHOCOLATE POUND CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding
4 eggs
3/4 c. salad oil
3/4 c. water

Blend all ingredients together for 5 minutes at medium speed of mixer. Bake in ungreased tube pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan. When cooled completely, sift with powdered sugar. This easy cake is delicious with a scoop vanilla ice cream.
