SPICY NOODLES 
1 lb. spaghetti, cooked and drained
1 pkg. Sweet 'n Low
2 tsp. ground ginger
1 1/2 tbsp. chopped garlic
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. sesame oil
5 tbsp. oyster sauce
1-2 tbsp. hot and spicy oil or hot chili oil
1 bunch scallions, cut in sm. pieces

To the hot, drained spaghetti, add the sesame oil. Toss and add the remaining ingredients. Toss until thoroughly mixed. Add additional oyster sauce, if desired. Serve warm or cold.
