TACO PIE
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3 green onions, chopped with tops
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1/4 c. water
8 oz. tube crescent rolls
1/4 c. sour cream, optional
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
Taco sauce
Tomatoes, cut up
Lettuce, shredded
Taco chips
Ripe olives

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef; add chopped green onion part way through cooking meat. Drain in colander; return to frying pan and add taco sauce mix, tomato sauce, and water. Stir well and simmer until some of liquid cooks down.

Separate rolls and fit into 9-inch glass pie dish, sealing seams, bringing dough up sides of dish. Pour in meat mixture; spread sour cream on top.

Bake 15 minutes; top with shredded cheddar cheese, and bake 15 minutes longer. Let set 10 minutes; cut in wedges. Serve with tomatoes, lettuce, taco sauce, chips, and olives passed around.

Can be reheated in microwave; cover with paper towel or waxed paper.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
