PORT WINE CHEESE 
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
4 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. Pork Wine, red
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. Dijon mustard

Have cheese at room temperature. Grate cheddar. In food processor bowl, combine all ingredients and process until smooth. Store in covered crock or jar. Makes 1 1/2 cups. Serve with crackers.
