BREAKFAST MUFFINS 
5 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
3 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
1 box raisin bran or bran flakes

Grease tins or spray with non-fat spray. Mix all together and refrigerate. Batter will keep for six weeks. Do not thin out further. When ready to bake, add fresh fruit bits, nuts, raisins or dates. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
