ZUCCHINI AND CUMIN SOUP 
1 sm. onion, diced
1 med. potato, diced
1 lb. zucchini, diced
1 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. curry paste or mild powder
1/4 tsp. paprika
3/4 pt. chicken stock
1/2 pt. milk
Salt and pepper, to taste

Fry onion in butter for 5 minutes to soften, add zucchini and potato. Cook for 2 minutes. Add stock, 1/2 pint milk, salt and pepper, cumin curry paste and paprika.

Simmer everything for 15 minutes. Place all of it in food processor. If freezing, don't add milk, add when reheating.
