ZUCCHINI SOUP 
1 lb. Bob Evans pork sausage
2 c. celery, diced
2 lb. zucchini, diced
2 c. onions, diced
3 lg. cans tomato
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 green peppers, diced

Cook sausage and celery until meat is done. Add the remaining ingredients, except green peppers. Cook for 30 minutes. Then add green peppers and cook until all ingredients are tender.
