BROCCOLI OR ZUCCHINI SOUP 
1 sm. onion
1 sm. clove garlic
1 pat butter
1 (8-inch) zucchini, cut into chunks OR
1 1/2 c. broccoli
3/4 tsp. tarragon flavored wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. dill
1 1/2 c. chicken broth like "College Inn"
1 tbsp. cream of wheat

Add all ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer 20 minutes. Put in blender. Add 1 cup half and half. Add sour cream when serving or sprinkle with paprika.

Good hot or cold. I usually double the recipe and freeze.
