BROCCOLI AND CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked chicken, cut in chunks
2 pkg. frozen broccoli cuts, cooked, drained, cut up
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. Velveeta or American cheese

Layer chicken and broccoli in greased 9 x 13 pan. Heat soup, lemon juice and cheese until melted. Pour over chicken and broccoli. Toss crumbs with melted butter and put on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
