MEXICAN SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can kidney beans, drained
3 tomatoes, cut up
1 onion, chopped
1 avocado, chopped
1 head lettuce
1 sm. bottle Thousand Island dressing
1 lg. bag Doritos, slightly crushed
4 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix

Cook meat in taco mix according to package directions. Add beans and simmer 2 minutes. Cut up veggies and toss in large bowl. When ready to serve, add meat mixture and salad dressing. Add cheese last. Eat immediately.
