DEATH BY CHOCOLATE | |
1 family size brownie mix 1/2 c. Kahlua or Tia Maria 3 (3.5 oz.) boxes Jello chocolate mousse 8 Heath or Skor bars 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip Bake brownies as per instructions. When cool, prick with fork and pour Kahlua over. Set aside. Break candy in small pieces. Whip mousse. Crumble half of brownies on bottom of truffle bowl. Cover with half chocolate mousse. Sprinkle 1/2 of broken candy bars over. Spread 1/2 ounce of Cool Whip on top. Repeat layers. We couldn't find Jello mousse so bought Knorr and then you need 4 boxes as they are 2.5 ounces. If you put candy in freezer it breaks more easily. We used a hammer. |
