TORTILLA ROLL-UPS 
8 oz. softened cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
Juice of 1 lime
2 tbsp. chives, chopped
2 tbsp. picante sauce
1 pkg. of 12 flour tortillas

Mix together well and spread on flour tortillas. Roll up each tortilla, then roll in waxed paper. Chill several hours. Just before serving, remove wax paper and cut into bite-size pieces. Serve with a bowl of picante sauce.
