TORTILLA ROLL-UPS 
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
1 sm. can diced green chilies, drained
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
2-3 green onions, chopped
7 or 8 plate-size flour tortillas

Soften cream cheese and add rest of ingredients. Spread on tortillas. Roll each tortilla (burrito style). Refrigerate overnight. Before serving, slice the rolls into small pieces. Serve with or without salsa.
