RASPBERRY PIE 
6 c. (1 1/2 qts.) berries
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
3 oz. cream cheese
Powdered sugar to taste
Pie shell

Bake pie shell according to directions. Mash berries to make 1 cup. Stir sugar, cornstarch, water and crushed berries. Cook over medium heat until mixture is thick (boils). Boil 1 minute. Cool.

Spread cream cheese on pie shell; you may add powdered sugar to the cheese. Fill bottom of shell with rest of berries (uncooked). Pour cooked mixture over top. Chill 3 hours.
