QUICK STUFFING (STOVE TOP) 
Chicken or turkey giblets and liver
7-8 slices bread
1 sm. onion, diced
1 egg
1 tbsp. butter, melted
Broth from giblets or milk
1 tbsp. Bell's seasoning

Cook liver and giblets, cut in pieces, after cool. Break up bread and add onion, egg, seasoning, salt and butter. Add broth or milk, mix until moist.
