RICE PUDDING (DONE ON STOVE TOP) 
1/2 gallon milk
1 c. rice
1 c. water
1/4 c. sugar
1 stick (1/2 c.) butter
Dash salt
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Place milk, rice, water, 1/4 cup sugar, butter and dash of salt in large pot and bring to bubble boil for 28 minutes (no longer). Then mix together the eggs, 1 cup sugar and vanilla; blend well and add to the cooked rice mixture. Eat warm or cold.

Quick and easy don't have time for rice pudding that time consuming. You can add different ingredients to make it your own all in all it's a great recipe.

Finally!!! After trying several different rice pudding recipes this is the one I was looking for!!! It came out perfectly creamy and was super easy to make!! I did add some cinnamon and a little nutmeg!! That made it fantastic!!
