FROZEN RASPBERRY MACADAMIA
DESSERT
 
1 c. (20 wafers) crushed vanilla wafers
1/2 c. finely chopped macadamia nuts or almonds
1/4 c. butter, melted

FILLING:

1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. orange juice
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries with syrup, thawed
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Chocolate bar or candy kisses

Heat oven to 375 degrees.

In small bowl combine all crust ingredients; mix well. Press firmly in bottom of an 8 inch springform pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool.

In large bowl combine sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and orange juice; beat until smooth. Add raspberries; beat at low speed until well blended. Fold in whipped cream. Pour over cooled crust. Freeze until firm.
