CREAM PUFFS 
1 c. water
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs
Pinch of salt
1 box instant Jello vanilla pudding
1/2 pt. heavy cream (1 c.)
1/2 pt. milk (1 c.)

Place water, butter and salt in a pan and heat to a boil. When butter is melted, add flour all at one time, stirring with wooden spoon until dough forms a ball. Remove from heat and let cool. Beat in eggs one at a time. Put teaspoons of dough on cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes.

Mix pudding, heavy cream and milk according to package directions. Cut tops from cream puffs and fill with spoonfuls of the pudding mixture.
