ZLINKROFE 
DOUGH:

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. water
2 eggs
1 tbsp. oil

Put flour and salt in bowl. Make a well. Add water, eggs and oil. Stir with a fork until mixed. Turn out on floured board and knead until smooth. Let rest 15 minutes.

FILLING:

2 c. any leftover meat (beef, pork, chicken, ham)
1 egg
1 c. cooked rice (cooked in bouillon seasoned with pinch of rosemary leaves)
1/2 tsp. allspice or cloves
Salt & Pepper to taste

Roll out dough on floured board as for noodles and cut into 4" squares. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each square. Bring up corners of dough together, seal and push down in center. Boil in salted water for 20 minutes. Drain and top with buttered bread crumbs or plain butter.
