ORANGE PINEAPPLE DESSERT | |
1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges Prepare cake according to directions on box. Substitute oranges and juice for liquid called for. Spread in greased and floured 17 x 11 inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool completely. TOPPING: 1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. lemon instant pudding 1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, juice included Beat 2 minutes at low speed until it starts to thicken. Fold in 8 ounce container of Cool Whip. Spread on cake and refrigerate. |
