MACARONI SALAD 
1 (7 oz.) pkg. macaroni, cooked
1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chopped pimento
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. cooked peas

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Chill until serving time. Yield: 6 servings.
