SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked sweet potatoes, mashed
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
3/4 stick butter
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Beat well all ingredients; pour in buttered dish and bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove from oven; top with corn flake topping and bake 10 minutes longer.

CORN FLAKE TOPPING:

3/4 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 stick butter

Mix and sprinkle over potatoes.
