SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 c. mashed sweet potatoes (canned)
1 c. milk
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 stick butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg

TOPPING:

1 stick, plus 2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. crushed pecans

Use baked, boiled or canned potatoes, drain well and mix with remaining ingredients. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Mix topping and bake on top of potatoes at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
