GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 can green beans, drained
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 small potatoes, sliced thin
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Place a layer of potatoes in bottom of casserole dish and top with onions. Place a layer of green beans and top with onions. Alternate until all are used. Pour soup over all. Cook at 325°F for 30 to 45 minutes, until potatoes are tender. Put cheese on top last 5 minutes of cooking.
