HOMEMADE ICE CREAM 
3 eggs, well beaten
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
5 c. milk
Dash of salt

Mix together in 3 quart. Sauce pan cook over medium heat until mixture boils. Stir constantly, remove from heat. Let cool. Stir in 1 3/4 cup sugar, 2 teaspoons vanilla, 1 quart Half n Half. Pour into 1 gallon freezer, add enough milk to fill to full line. Freeze.
