BLONDIES 
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 c. light brown sugar
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts or coconut
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter; add sugars, eggs, and flour. Mix. Add nuts or coconut. Pour onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
