NO CRUST PUMPKIN PIE | |
3 eggs 2/3 c. brown sugar 3 tbsp. butter 1 c. milk 1 c. pumpkin 1/3 c. Bisquick 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 1/4 tsp. ginger 1/8 tsp. salt Put ingredients in blender and beat for 30 seconds. Pour into a 9 inch buttered pie pan and let stand for 5 minutes. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes. Cool and serve plain or with whipped cream or ice cream. Serves 6. |
