NO CRUST PUMPKIN PIE | |
3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. biscuit mix 2 tbsp. butter 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk 2 eggs 1 can pumpkin 2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice 2 tsp. vanilla extract (or flavoring) Blend all ingredients in blender. Pour into greased 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. |
