BUTTERSCOTCH CRUNCHIES 
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. (2 c.) butterscotch morsels
1 (3 oz.) can (2 c.) chow mein noodles
1 c. salted peanuts

Melt morsels. Stir in noodles and peanuts. Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper. Let stand until set (about 20 minutes). Yield: 4 dozen.

For variety use 1 package chocolate morsels and 1 package butterscotch.
