ALMOND CAKE 
2 c. flour
4 eggs
1/2 c. milk
10 oz. white chocolate
12 oz. sliced almonds
2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 sticks butter
Dash salt

Cream butter and sugar, add eggs, milk and then dry ingredients. Spoon into tube (bundt) pan. Bake 55 minutes at 350 degrees. Glaze if desired.
