1 lb. hamburger
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. catsup
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 pkg. English muffins
Cheese slices

Combine all ingredients except the last two. Make mixture into patties and place one on top of one side of an English muffin. Six muffins should make 12 burgers. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes, add a slice of cheese to top of burger for the last 5 minutes.
