BAKED BEANS (French Style) 
1 lb. navy beans
1/2 c. light molasses
1/2 c. brown sugar
Salt pork or bacon
1 tbsp. salt

Soak beans overnight. Cook beans until tender. Add salt, molasses and pork or bacon as much as desired. Bake until tender in 400 degree oven. Add brown sugar, stir good. Put back in oven for 15 minutes.
