TOMATO JAM 
3 c. ripe tomatoes
2 c. sugar
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 (3 oz.) box lemon Jello

Boil ripe tomatoes with 2 cups sugar for 10 minutes. Add thinly sliced lemon and lemon Jello. Boil another 10 minutes. Put in hot jars and seal.
