BREAKFAST CHILES AND CHEESE 
1 (10 oz.) can whole green chiles
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
5 to 6 eggs, beaten

Spray bottom of 9 inch pan with vegetable spray (e.g., Pam). Rinse chiles, split open and remove seeds. Line bottom of pan with chilies. Spread grated cheeses on top. Pour eggs over the cheeses. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
