BREAKFAST DISH 
8 bread slices
1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 qt. milk
1 lb. bacon or sausage
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
1 dozen eggs

Grease 9 x 13 pan. Butter and decrust bread. Lay bread in pan and cover with fried crumbled bacon or sausage and grated cheese. Mix eggs, milk, salt, and pepper well. Pour over bread and bacon and cheese. Cover with Saran Wrap and let sit in refrigerator overnight or at least 8 hours. Bring to room temperature in morning and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
