BREAKFAST DISH 
8 slices French bread, stack & cube (diced)
2/3 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
1 lb. ham, diced
4 c. milk
8 eggs
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper
Dash of cayenne

In a 9 x 13 inch pan, spread bread, and then sprinkle with ham and cheese. Mix the milk, eggs and seasonings and pour over the bread, ham and cheese. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.

If traveling, freeze for a couple of hours. Do not freeze solid. This way it is easier to take.
