APRICOT ORANGE SALAD 
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. cold water
1/2 c. apricot nectar
1 c. boiling water
11 oz. can mandarin oranges

Sprinkle gelatin on cold water, add sugar, salt, nectar, boiling water and stir until dissolved. Add lemon juice, stir and chill about 1 hour. Add drained oranges and pour into molds. Chill and serve.
