ORIENTAL SANDWICH 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. diced cooked chicken
1/4 c. sliced water chestnuts
1/4 c. thinly sliced celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. soy sauce
4 hamburger buns, split and toasted

Combine soup, chicken, celery, water chestnuts, onion, soy sauce. Spread mixture evenly over bun halves; cover edges completely. Broil 4 inches from heat 5 minutes or until hot. Makes 4 open-face sandwiches.
