INDIAN RELISH 
12 green tomatoes
12 tart peeled apples
3 peeled onions
5 c. sugar
5 c. vinegar
1 tsp. red pepper
3 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. salt

Chop the tomatoes, apples and onions until very fine or put through a food chopper.

Boil the other ingredients. Add the chopped ingredients and simmer for 1/2 hour.

Pack the relish in canning jars and seal.
