1 1/2 lb. Owens sausage, browned and drained
9 eggs
3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
3 slices of bread (cubed small)
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated

Mix eggs, milk, mustard and salt. Stir in bread cubes. Add cheese and sausage to egg mixture. Pour in 3 quart baking dish that was sprayed with Pam. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cut in squares. Serves 12 large servings. A family tradition on Christmas morning.
