3 lg. chicken breasts, boned & cut into 2 pieces 1/2 c. sour cream 1/4 stick butter, melted 1 clove crushed garlic 1 (9 oz.) pkg. potato chips Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Dip each chicken breast into sour cream, then roll in crushed potato chips. Bake, uncovered, in glass baking dish. Heat butter and garlic, drizzle over breasts while baking. Bake for 45 minutes. Serves 6. |
