CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
6 chicken breasts, cooked & diced
1 c. rice, cooked
1 onion, diced
1 c. celery, chopped
1 (6 oz.) can water chestnuts
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup

Dice chicken, cook rice and set aside. Cut up onion, celery and water chestnuts. Mix and place in dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. potato chips, crushed
1/2 stick butter, melted

Stir well and spread on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
